Segmind — 400+ models and the cheapest Seedance 2.0
Segmind is an aggregator platform that brings 400+ AI models for video, images and audio together in one place: Seedance 2.0 (Mini/Fast/Pro), Veo, Kling, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs and dozens more — essentially all the current models. You can work two ways: like on fal.ai, just topping up a balance and paying per generation, or with a subscription. It is easy to use: every model has a Playground — you fill in a form (prompt, duration, resolution, aspect ratio) and hit "Generate", so anyone can manage it. For advanced use there is also a node system (Pixelflows) for pipelines and a full API.
Pricing
A subscription is optional. The Flexible plan is pay-as-you-go: top up from $10 and pay only for what you generate. Subscriptions: Pro — $39/mo, Business — $99/mo, Scale — $599/mo. The main perk of a subscription is that it credits your balance: Pro at $39, for example, gives $50 in credits — so it pays for itself immediately. It also lifts some limits (RPM), adds storage and finetuning.
Comparing the plans
Higher plans raise request limits (RPM), storage, access to premium templates, finetuning and dedicated GPUs. For most tasks, Flexible (pay as you go) or Pro is enough.
The main draw — the Seedance 2.0 price
The key reason Segmind is in our rating with a "cheap Seedance" tag is that Seedance 2.0 is cheaper here than on any other accessible aggregator: a single 15-second 720p video costs about $2.27. It is cheaper only directly via the official API provider (BytePlus) at ~$1.39, but that is a "raw" API with no convenient front end. A full per-provider comparison is in our article "Where Seedance 2.0 is cheapest".
Strengths and weaknesses
The pluses are a huge selection of current models, flexible pay-as-you-go billing (no need to subscribe for a couple of generations), and basic generations happen in a simple Playground: fill a form, hit "Generate" — anyone can manage it. Nodes and an API sit on top for advanced use. The minuses are moderate: the interface is English-only, there are a lot of models and parameters (a bit much at first), billing runs on credits, and heavy models drain the balance fast. And Segmind has no Trustpilot profile, so its independent reputation is hard to verify.
Verdict
Segmind is a strong pick if you want access to all the current models at once and the cheapest possible Seedance 2.0. Basic generations are simple (the Playground), and nodes and an API are there for advanced use. Net result — 8.1 and an editor's choice: the best option on Seedance price and model breadth.
