Technically the cheapest is going directly to BytePlus, the official Seedance API provider, at ~$1.39 for the same clip. But that is a "bare" API — you need your own code and integration, with no convenient front end. For most people that is not an option.
Among accessible aggregators (with a ready UI, not just an API) the cheapest is Segmind: ~$2.27 for a 15-second 720p video. That is the closest to the direct price and noticeably cheaper than other aggregators, where Seedance runs on shared credits or a subscription.
